After years of experience in the ICT sector, Ben Ernsting had earned his spurs. In 2011 Ben founded ITSync. Nowadays he gathered a team all of which have the same values and methods.

ITSync is founded with the motto: ‘we know how to do things better’. After all we are a little bit cocky. When consultants change into staff numbers and the biggest accomplishments are measured in margins, we believe that you’ve lost what it’s really all about: personal attention. We’re not interested in quick wins. We strive for long lasting relationships and therefore are proud of our long-term partnerships with our clients, consultants and freelancers.

As a growing company ITSync had extensive experience in finding and contracting IT consultants. Whether it is a generic project leader or a technical specialist, we are able to quickly find the right match. Even if we have to cross the national borders to do so.

We’ve had to work hard to accomplish this; sound knowledge of IT, a global network of specialists and invest heavily in relationship management, where we have come to learn our clients through and through. This makes us aware of important aspects of vacancies such as the work culture, wanted knowledge and experiences, but above all the current developments and projects at our clients. Therefor we can provide an optimal preparation for our consultants when it comes to their intake.

How do we ensure a successful deployment?
– We invest heavily in relationship- and account management for our customers and consultants.
– When required, we provide a direct involvement in the interviews of consultants, always preceded by a pre-intake.
– With both client and consultants, we regularly evaluate the cooperation with ITSync.
– Just as we regularly evaluate the performances of our consultant
